Grom was started in 2002 by Guido Martinetti and Federico Grom, two Italians who wanted to produce icecream and sorbets from the very best raw materials. Only fresh, seasonal fruit from the best producers in Italy, the finest cocoa and coffee products from Central America and organic eggs and whole milk is used for their icecream. Guido and Federico have now bought a farm in Piedmont where they have planted old varieties of peaches, apricots, figs, pears, strawberries and melons. There are no artificial colourings or other additives.
They have outlets throughout Italy and now also in Paris, Tokyo and New York.
